The Master Design organizes Research Day #3 on Thursday, September 21 (kick-off night) and Friday, September 22. The master course designers invite you to join this lively event. Twenty designers will present the current state of their design research. Designers from various disciplines are conducting their own design research in the context of the Master Design education programme. During the Research Days, these designers give lectures, moderate guest lectures by relevant experts, and involve external participants in their research.
On Thursday, September 21, 2017, during the kick-off of the Research Day #3, the recently graduated designer/programmer Rob Zoeteweij will give a lecture about his design research on Affective Technology.
On Friday, September 22, the first-year students of Master Design course will discuss their research issues with public, using a poster essay. These posters map relevant questions and trails of their research and provide insight in the designed methods and iterations of the participants involved.
Second-year students will moderate guest lectures given by experts relevant to their research issues or conduct research iterations together with the public.
