The prints are all echoes of personal memories belonging to the artist herself.

As humans, we attach value to all that is tangible. During the mourning process, we value the remains of loved ones; this supports us during mourning, yet simultaneously makes us deny our loss. A rather exaggerated form of this is taxidermizing a pet that has passed away, although it is developing to be quite a trend.

Inspired by taxidermy, many stilled animals are shown in this exhibition, creating the impression of a graveyard.

The prints are all echoes of personal memories belonging to the artist herself. Like fossils they have been pressed in paper and just like memories, these are not clear to distinguish most of the time.
