Show commitment to diversity

For years there is a discussion going on about the diversity distribution of 90% men compared to 10% women in the top of the Dutch business community. But also in salary, there is no equality. Women earn 5 to 7% less than their male colleagues. This remains unchanged while there is convincing evidence of the benefits of diversity. Companies with diverse personnel are more creative, better in innovation and making more profit compared to 'homogeneous' companies.

The Human Interface offers equal opportunities for everyone and supports companies in choosing the best person for the job. In the anonymous procedure, candidates are selected only based on education, experience, skills and character. Any form of possible bias is removed without companies losing control of whom they are choosing.
