Pedagogy in Context

This event is a part of the Graduation Show 2018 programme

Symposium

&

Reading Room

This year the Master Education in Arts of the Piet Zwart Institute presents the graduation projects of its students adopting two different formats: a two-day Symposium hosted by TENT., and a Reading Room at the Willem de Kooning Academy, both being part of the WdKA Graduation Show 2018, Bachelors + Masters.

The Symposium Pedagogy in Context at TENT. consists of workshops, presentations and discussions. It introduces the diverse contexts and methodologies of the students’ graduation projects and invites the visitors to participate in an open discussion on the urgencies of contemporary art/design education. The Reading Room at the WdKA offers a space where visitors can access the details of the students’ research projects in the form of archives of their theoretical and practice-based research or can watch a screening of the Symposium.
