Graduation Show Teams Channel
In the Graduation Show Teams Channel, you will find general information about the Graduation Show and location‑specific information for the following venues:
- Cultuur & Campus Putselaan
- Katoenhuis
- Keilepand
- KINO
Please note: the locations C 3-Studios and Kunstinstituut Melly each have their own Teams Channel. Would you like to have access to these environments please contact: Sjoerd Westbroek for DBKV (Kunstinstituut Melly) or Karin Arink for Photography/(de)Fine Art (C 3-Studios).
How to join the Graduation Show Teams Channel
- Open the Microsoft Teams app
- Go to join or create team (top right in the corner).
- Select join a team with this code: 22pxfue and click add team.
You will then be added to the Teams Channel. Here you can request access to the different location* channels.
Please note: access to location channels must be approved by the project team. This approval may take some time (max. one working day), as requests are processed in batches.

PARTICIPATION GRADUATION SHOW
To participate in the Graduation Show (Exhibition, Fashion Show, Film Festival, LEM Showcase & DBKV event), you must complete and submit the mandatory participation form.
Important:
- Submitting the form is mandatory to participate in the Graduation Show.
- Deadline: May 21 2026, 23:59 hrs. If you do not submit the form on time, you will not be included in the Graduation Show.
- Saving and editing the form is only possible for students with an active HR/RUAS account. Unfortunately these features are not accessible for graduates from August 2025 - March 2026.
To save and edit your form:
Check out this short tutorial video.
- Make sure you check the box "send me an email receipt of my responses" before you submit the form.
- After you have submitted the form. Click on the button "Save my respons to edit".
- If you follow these steps, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to view and edit your form until the deadline
Your responses will be used to assign you a presentation spot or schedule your project within a programme. After the submission deadline, location coordinators will contact you.
Depending on your programme coordinators will contact you for the following:
- Expo + Fashion Show: to organise location visits and, if necessary, request additional information about your project.
- DBKV / LEM: to organise the programme kick-off meetings.
- Film Festival: to collect additional information regarding your film project.
Conditions to participate
- You have submitted the Graduation Show Participation Form
deadline May 21, 23:59 hrs. - Your work is on display for the entire Graduation Show
- You are present during all days of the Graduation Show
- All students completing their final exams are welcome to participate
If you do not pass your final exams, you are still allowed to participate in the 2026 Graduation Show. However, you will not be eligible to participate in the 2027 Graduation Show.
- If you participate you are obligated to comply with the venue house rules, in addition to the conditions outlined above.
The house rules will be shared at a later stage with the venue coordinators.

COMMUNICATION | ROUTING & SIGNING AND OTHER DEADLINES/DATES
Name + Title Project Card
We kindly request all students showing their work at one of the exhibition locations (with the exception of KINO) to complete this form so we have the most up-to-date information for the exhibition name and project title plate accompanying your work at the Graduation Show.
The project title plate will include the following information:
– Name of student or artist name
– Bachelor programme
– Project title
– Personal website or other online channel (for instance Instagram)
Please note: there is no space for additional text on the title plate. Any extra project information or explanation of the work must be provided by the student at the exhibition location.
Deadline: Sunday 21 June, 23:59 hrs

Your family is welcome to attend the talks. Each graduate may invite up to four guests. No registration is required.
Please note: Due to the limited capacity at KINO and the large number of Animation graduates, Animation students may invite a maximum of two guests to the Graduation Talks.
Diploma Pick-Up
Team Lifecycle is organising two days on which you can collect your diploma.
Location: Willem de Kooning Academy, Wijnhaven 61. The exact location will be announced at the kick-off on April 21, 2026.
Thursday July 16, 2026 | between 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00
Friday July 17, 2026 | between 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–16:00
You are welcome to come in during the indicated time slots. No appointment or registration is required. Please come at a time that suits you.
IMPORTANT: the diploma pick-up is an administrative procedure — you will sign for and collect your diploma. Physical attendance is required! Don’t forget to bring a valid id. If you have questions about the signing or you cannot attend, please contact us through wdka.lifecycle@hr.nl
