KICK-OFF MEETING GRADUATION SHOW 

We would like to invite you to the Kick-Off Meeting for the Graduation Show 2026, taking place on Tuesday April 21 from 16:00 to 17:00 hrs in the auditorium (ground floor), Wijnhaven 61.

During this kick-off, we will provide information on:

 

• General details
• Introduction of the central project team and location teams
• Planning and deadlines
• Visual identity 2026

If you are unable to join us at the academy or the capacity has reached its max, don’t worry we offer a livestream via Microsoft Teams (click here for the link).
The session will be recorded and published on our online Graduation Information page afterwards.

On Thursday April 23 we will publish the recording and PowerPoint.

 

PARTICIPATION GRADUATION SHOW

To participate in the Graduation Show (Exhibition, Fashion Show, Film Festival, LEM Showcase & DBKV event), you must complete and submit the mandatory participation form. 

• August 2025 - March 2026 graduates, please click here
• June 2026 candidates, please click here

Important:

• Submitting the form is mandatory to participate in the Graduation Show.
• Deadline: May 21 2026, 23:59 hrs. If you do not submit the form on time, you will not be included in the Graduation Show.
• Saving and editing the form is only possible for students with an active HR/RUAS account. Unfortunately these features are not accessible for graduates from August 2025 - March 2026.

To save and edit your form: 

• Make sure you check the box "send me an email receipt of my responses" before you submit the form.
• After you have submitted the form. Click on the button "Save my respons to edit".
• If you follow these steps, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to view and edit your form until the deadline

Your responses will be used to assign you a presentation spot or schedule your project within a programme. After the submission deadline, location coordinators will contact you. The dates for these meetings will be announced during the Kick-Off Meeting on April 21.

Depending on your programme coordinators will contact you for the following:

• Expo + Fashion Show: to organise location visits and, if necessary, request additional information about your project.
• DBKV / LEM: to organise the programme kick-off meetings.
• Film Festival: to collect additional information regarding your film project.

Conditions to participate

• You have submitted the Graduation Show Participation Form
  deadline May 21, 23:59 hrs.
• Your work is on display for the entire Graduation Show
• You are present during all days of the Graduation Show
• All students completing their final exams are welcome to participate

If you do not pass your final exams, you are still allowed to participate in the 2026 Graduation Show. However, you will not be eligible to participate in the 2027 Graduation Show.

• If you participate you are obligated to comply with the venue house rules, in addition to the conditions outlined above.
  The house rules will be shared at a later stage with the venue coordinators.

Diploma Pick-Up 
Team Lifecycle is organising two days on which you can collect your diploma.
Location: Willem de Kooning Academy, Wijnhaven 61. The exact location will be announced at the kick-off on April 21, 2026.

Thursday July 16, 2026 | between 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00
Friday July 17, 2026 | between 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–16:00

You are welcome to come in during the indicated time slots. No appointment or registration is required. Please come at a time that suits you.

IMPORTANT: the diploma pick-up is an administrative procedure — you will sign for and collect your diploma. Physical attendance is required! Don’t forget to bring a valid id.  If you have questions about the signing or you cannot attend, please contact us through wdka.lifecycle@hr.nl
