Admission in English, BA

Applications for the 2027–2028 academic year will open on 1 October 2026. To apply, you must register with Studielink. If you are from outside the EU, the registration deadline is 10 January 2027. If you are an EU citizen, the registration deadline is 1 May 2027.

Apply for Design & Photography

Once you have registered with Studielink, you will be given access to a personal online environment. (Please also check your spam or junk mail folder.) Here, you can upload your portfolio and personal motivation. Please ensure that you do this on time.

There are three admission rounds. Please apply for one of the following rounds:

Round 1: 17 January 2027 (non-EU, EU and Dutch applicants)
Round 2: 14 March 2027 (EU and Dutch applicants)
Round 3: 6 June 2027 (EU and Dutch applicants)

Apply for (de)Fine Art

After you register with Studielink, you will receive a confirmation email with login details. When you log in with that, your application for the WdKA will start in your personal online environment.

Admission round deadlines:
Due to the limited number of places available for the (de) Fine Art major, the admission deadlines differ slightly from the regular admission procedure.

Important: The first round is for non-EU applicants only. EU and Dutch applicants will be assessed during the second round. EU applicants who submit their admission assignment before the first-round deadline will not be assessed until the second round.

Suitable applicants who apply during the third round will be placed on a waiting list.

Round 1: 17 January 2027 (non-EU applicants only)
Round 2: 14 March 2027 (EU and Dutch applicants)
Round 3: 6 June 2027 (EU and Dutch applicants, waiting list only)

Requirements international applicants

In addition to the admission exam (which includes 2 phases) international students must also meet other requirements to apply at WdKA. These include meeting the English language requirements and completing the visa process for NON-EU applicants.
