For this year’s edition, FotoFestival Schiedam is collaborating with the WdKA Photography students with the project Making (a) Public. This in situ learning process allows the students to research the various definitions of ‘public’. Here they will explore public space and question which audience fits their specific work. They will look at methods of publishing and what influence that has on the target audience. The students will present their questions and discoveries during the duration of the festival.
